We take the techniques which makes North American BBQ world famous and infuse flavours from around the world & create a distinctly local experience.

All our products are prepared locally, cooked in either our Yoder Offset BBQ or Bradley Smoker. Check them out !

Where possible we source produce from local suppliers.  Our main focus is on quality and freshness of our produce and for this we spread our net wide.

With 16 beers on tap from the latest & greatest local Craft Beer to the old favourites – we have a pint for everyone.

We have not forgotten our wine lovers with great wines by the glass and a new cellar reserve list to tempt every palate.


What makes our BBQ unique is that we use real wood to cook our meats low & slow.

We NEVER boil or steam our meats to make them fall off the bone. The combination of hickory wood, slow heat and sweet smoke create BBQ bliss.
