Our Wild Caught Barramundi is just perfect served with a tomatoes, rocket, Spanish red onions and a Salsa Verde.
Sourced from innovative open water fisheries, the clean taste in evident in every bite.

At Woodchoppers we have been serving Oysters Rockefeller for the last 20 years.
The key to a great Rockefeller are the following:
- Great Oysters – we only serve them when we think they are at their best
- A “volute” mix to protect the Oyster when we bake them
- A traditional Rockefeller recipe dating back to 1859
- Value for money Oysters – not “broadbeach” prices
