Bookings are available in our distillery bar and outside spirit garden. Please select these areas when booking online or request with staff.

Lunch – Friday to Sunday: 12 noon to 2.30pm
Dinner – Wednesday to Sunday: 5.30pm to Late

PLEASE NOTE
We do not have “Guaranteed Trading Hours” like a pub or tavern – we close when our last guests leave the premises like all good restaurants.

Booking Confirmations
- All bookings needed to be confirmed prior to arrival.
- To ensure we have your booking, please check your SMS or Email for your booking confirmation.
- Only successful reservations will receive a confirmation.
- If you do not receive an email/SMS confirmation please contact us on 07 5525 3500.
- If you fail to re-confirm your booking it may be cancelled to allow other guests to book.
- Bookings of more than 10 guests or large groups or functions require special attention. Please click here for full details.
- A cakeage fee of $2 pp is applicable when outside cakes are brought with you.
Conditions of Entry
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to any guests under whom we deem under undue influence of alcohol or other substances.
- We require footware and clean clothing for entry.
- We apply strict Responsible Service Of Alcohol guidelines to protect of guests and our staff.
- Abusive behaviour towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated.
One Bill Per Table
- We do not offer individual split bills per table.
- We offer the ability to pay one bill with a combination of cash and/or upto 3 credit cards.
- Large group payments by prior arrangement only.
- Sorry no cheques or crypto currency.
When Dinning
- All bookings are for a maximum of 1.5 hours.
- You are welcome to head into the Distillery after this time as your table maybe rebooked by other guests.
- Dinner bookings are available from 5.30 through to 7.30pm.
- If you are running late, please contact us ASAP. We will only hold your table for a maximum of 15mins.
- We reserve the right to cancel reservations should we not receive notice of late arrival.
Special Requests
- All online special requests such as table seating, dietary requirements etc will be accomodated as best we can.
- However due to other guests needs, we can not guarantee all requests made online can be met.
- If you have specific needs please contact us directly on 07 5525 3500 to discuss with our staff.
- Disabled parking spots available.
- Wheelchair access available with “no steps” entry. Please contact staff for special entry.
